This general services agreement can be adapted for use in relation to a wide range of different kinds of business-to-business services.

It sets out details of the services to be provided by the supplier to the customer. It is often crucial that the scope of the services be properly defined at the outset, so that the supplier knows exactly what it must do and the customer knows exactly what it should receive.

The agreement details the payments to be made by the customer to the supplier. Sections dealing with the amounts payable to the supplier, the dates of payment or other payment triggers, the time period for payment and the consequences of non -payment are included.
